Syed Khodabocus, LLB Hons - Senior Legal Counsel
Mr. Syed is a young talented legal counsel who has joined us from London. Syed holds a Diploma In law along with a Bachelor of Legal Laws with Honours (LLB Hons) from the prestigious University of Middlesex. Prior to joining us, Syed worked in a reputed International law firm. He holds massive amount of legal experience and handles international arbitration cases, DIFC litigation cases and contract drafting and reviewing. He is bilingual French and English.
Mr. Syed has represented clients who include high net worth individuals and large companies in various ad hoc and institutional arbitrations seated at Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC), Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), RAK Abitration Centre (RAK Arbitration), DIFC-LCIA, LCIA in London, and American Arbitration Centre (AAA). He appears regularly in arbitration hearings as a leading Senior Legal Counsel.
He is well-known for his aggressive legal drafting, outstanding hard work and his eagerness to complete work. Upon joining the law firm, he has made a drastic positive change by finishing various arbitration and litigation cases at a pace which is unimaginable.
